Part Time Temp Position

  • Advanced administrative responsibilities include preparation of more complex reports / presentations and analysis using various software packages and databases.
  • Is considered a specialist in the department or division, responsible for a complete process of complex nature.
  • Duties will include determining methods and procedures used to accomplish tasks.
  • Office environment, working at a desk with a PC, Phone, and Copy/fax machine.
  • Supporting administration travel setup & schedules & calendars.
  • Excel knowledge
