Position: Inside Sales Location: TORO Equipment Rentals – Corona, CA Salary Range and Benefits: $42,000 - $78,000 w/ qualified quarterly bonus opportunities. Access to medical, dental, vision benefits. Accrued PTO plan.

Positioned as quality in action, TORO aims to redefine both the customer and employee experience. Responsibilities Be the front line of communication for our customer base and field sales team. Gather and process information accurately related to the rental of our equipment. Including processing rental and sales contracts as well as invoicing at the termination of the rental. Develop and support strong working relationships with our customers.

Become the person our customers want to call! Provide thoughtful support to all teammates in order to ensure our customers receive exactly what they need, when they need it, every time. Deliver world class customer service. Requirements World class customer service skills with a genuine desire to help. The ideal candidate will derive satisfaction out of providing useful and thoughtful information to our customers aimed at resolving their needs. Ability to manage multiple inbound and outbound communication streams seamlessly, making the communication process smooth and effortless for our customers. Keen attention to detail and ability to apply common sense reasoning skills.

Ability to verbally relay instruction on safe and proper operation of equipment including explaining where the operator manual can be located and detailing potential dangers of equipment. Must pass pre employment drug screen and maintain safe, drug free work place. Put safety first and foremost each day. Look after each other like family. Maintain positive interactions with co-workers and customers alike. Verbal and written English communication abilities. Bi-lingual is a plus.

Experience in construction and/or equipment industry is a plus.
