Pursuit Promotional Management is seeking an Assistant Promotions Manager within our Marketing department. In this position, you will lead day-to-day activities of a multi-disciplined team that creates and implements strategic marketing plans. The position develops strategies that support company revenue and profitability goals, and works with internal partners to synchronize marketing efforts in support of strategic initiatives. This is accomplished by timely execution, stewardship and evaluation of PPM’s marketing plans through all channels and in alignment with PPM’s overall business objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a closely related field is not a requirement but desired
Develop and execute marketing plans and programs to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and services.
Research, analyze, and monitor economic, technology, and demographic factors to capitalize market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity.
Plan and oversee all promotional activities. Lead all areas of promotional generation and production across all platforms.
Demonstrated experience in developing, executing and managing integrated marketing strategies.
Interest to gain experience in supervising, managing staff and team-leadership.
Demonstrated experience developing and leading results-oriented marketing strategies.
Conduct market and competitive analysis to help guide these plans.
Lead market research, evaluate and recommend enhancements to the market positioning of products/services.
- Lead and manage a professional marketing team. Promote a positive work environment and lead the team to be a dynamic, focused work unit that actively helps one other to achieve optimal department results.
Gain experience in order to supervise and mentor all marketing staff.
