Order Processing Specialist – Machine Service

Responsibilities:

• Machine service planning
  1. Plan and schedule maintenance work for customer machines
  2. Quote and invoice the customer accordingly
  3. Act as the primary liaison between service vendor and customer
  4. Ensure work is completed in a timely fashion
• Answer incoming calls
• Support customers by receiving and responding to calls, emails, fax and online requests regarding quotes, orders, purchase orders, questions, concerns
• Accurately record customer interactions
• Process new customer accounts to company software system
• Process customer quotes and sales orders, ensuring proper products, quantities, price and description
• Support sales reps by processing quote and order requests, responding to questions and providing ETAs and tracking
• Assists with customer pick up orders
• Process
  1. Customer return merchandise authorizations
  2. Dispenser service tickets
  3. Machine service tickets
• Data entry to company software system
• Sort and organize mail
• File

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years customer service experience
• Attention to detail
• Basic computer knowledge
