Job Description

The Opportunity:

PureSpectrum is seeking a brilliant critical thinker to create a world-class client experience operation from a revenue operations perspective. The Business Analyst will report directly to the Chief Client Officer as the data brain to the rapidly growing global sales organization. This opportunity will grow the Business’s Analyst’s skills in B2B client business, sales, consulting, finance, marketing, data analysis and corporate organization.

Location: New Orleans Office

Your Responsibilities:

  • Become the trusted voice on understanding the data behind every client segment, account manager client retention, salesperson activity ROI and global growth.
  • Standardize reporting across sales function and global regions
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to maximize sales performance, client engagement and personnel activity
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales performance
  • Own the accuracy and quality of internal data collection in CRM and other reporting tools
  • Develop from reactionary reporting to proactive consultation to sales organization with a mission of creating the best client experience in market research and online data collection
  • Partner with marketing and finance for harmonious integrated funnel to payment process
  • Interpret and analyze results, leading to improved opportunities and processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance Economics, or similar course work with strong academic achievement.
  • Experience with data driven sales and marketing management best practices, ROI reporting and performance marketing strategies and channels
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Extremely strong analytical skills
  • Expert level in Excel
  • Experience with conducting secondary research and synthesizing this data into meaningful and relevant insights to drive company growth via improved sales and marketing performance.
  • The ability to multi-task, work efficiently and effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • A focus on attention to detail and excellence in work product.
