Pure & Secure is a growing business in Airpark that manufactures stainless steel water distillers. We are looking for a positive, technical-minded person to communicate with our retail customers, wholesalers and affiliates regarding our equipment.



After 90 day probationary period, employee is eligible for:

This position is Monday through Friday 8:00 Am to 5:00 Pm

Wage range is based on Knowledge, Skills and Abilities


This position requires handling of incoming calls and emails on a timely basis. After training, we would need this person to provide trouble shooting to customers and distributors in the field for all current residential products. It would require diagnosing the issue and offering the right solution through raising questions. After determining parts needed, orders would need to be input into our system.


Customer Service Representative is responsible for reaching closure on issues with Wholesalers and Customers that result in a satisfied party to the degree possible. May be involved in future technical in-person or online training and/or videos.


Customer Service Representative Duties and Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls and emails

• Fulfill parts orders

• Handle Warranty Claims & Customer returns

• Trouble Shooting current residential product models

• Provide technical advice

• Handle Customers complaints and seek to find a solution

• Monitor common service issues and trends

• Give Shipping information to issue call tags

• Print Pick tickets and order entry

• Assign ship dates for orders based on product availability and input from Purchasing

• Prepare reports for Management upon request.

• Provide expedited follow-up to ensure timely delivery.

• Offer suggestions for improved customer service

• Possible training on older model distillers.

• Other duties as may be required.

Customer Service Representative Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• A college degree or equivalent

• or 3 years experience in Technical and/or Customer Service

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software

• Proficiency in Macola preferred but training available

• Ability to interface with people effectively.

• Multi-tasking abilities essential

• Must be a team-player.

Performance Competencies and Criteria:

• Must be able to file and share timely reports.

• Must handle all calls / inquiries on same-day basis.

• Must be accurate and error-free.
