pureIntegration is seeking an Account Director to join our team of enterprise consulting directors in managing and growing our business at Fortune 100 clients.  Account Directors are our client management executives tasked with growing our service business with key clients.  The account director is accountable for business development, project management and relationship management.  Working with delivery management teams, he/she will also oversee the engagement design, proposal, and resourcing of client projects.

It is desired that the candidate have extensive experience in managing commercial, technical consulting project delivery (7+ years).  Big six consulting experience is preferred as many of our directors have similar background. 

In addition to base salary, pureIntegration Account Directors earn variable compensation based on the business success of each project, along with other executive bonus compensation.

Primary Roles

  •  Account growth through new business development expansion and opportunity qualification, client relationship management, new opportunity sales and expansion of sales in existing buying centers
  • Business / technology solutioning:  solution design, project scope estimation, proposal development, statement of work co-authoring, leading RFI/P response, resource requisition development, project team interviewing, and creation of work orders for contractors
  • Account management support:  coordinate with the client account team to identify new project opportunities and new buying centers and drive relationship development

Secondary Roles

  • Project delivery oversight:  project resource supervision, project management, project extension, project financial management, project deliverable review, QBR facilitation.
  • Mentoring:  actively support performance management, people development, and training of company talent

Location: Remote Role - Physical Locations, Reston, VA

Work Arrangement:  FTE with Benefits

Responsibilities

  • Lead Sales process, meeting with senior client executives to identify opportunities and discuss pureIntegration’s service delivery methodology and process, as well as possible solutions to deliver engagement results
  • Design solutions, develop level of effort estimates, and contribute to corresponding proposals
  • Develop requisitions and conduct interviews for team members needed for engagements
  • Manage team capacity, forecasting, financial performance, and resource allocation
  • Build relationships with key clients, partners, and internal counterparts
  • Communicate team impact and results to key stakeholders and act as an advocate for the team within pureIntegration
  • Maintain an expert knowledge of various Clients’ Platforms and other products, and drive improvements to product quality/customer experience
  • Accurately evaluate performance of team members and provide direct and actionable feedback
  • Collaborate with other Account Directors and Executive Leadership Team, bringing unique insights on real-world client needs to shape our services and future roadmap
  • Develop new strategies and partner with fellow leaders to exceed aggressive hiring goals

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years as IT consulting services manager lead
  • 7+ years of IT project and client management experience
  • 10+ professional experience in the IT industry
  • Commercial IT consulting service experience strongly preferred
  • Big Six consulting firm experience preferred
  • Experience with managing project teams
