Pura Vida Farms, LLC is actively recruiting for a Sales Assistant in our Brea, CA office. Our business focuses on the growing and shipping of various fresh fruits and vegetables to retailers, wholesalers, and food service operators throughout North America.
A Sales Assistant with our company is integral to our daily sales functions focusing on activities such as answering phones, processing sales orders, coordinating logistics, and managing inventory. The ideal Sales Assistant must be upbeat and organized. The individual must develop and maintain positive relationships through effective communication with customers, vendors, and co-workers. The Sales Assistant must be proficient at multiple administrative tasks and must also develop a working understanding of our products, customers, and the entire supply chain. This is an entry level position with the potential for advancement.
Working Office Hours: Mon-Fri, 7:00am – 3:00pm
Process sales orders
Manage inventory and shipping
Provide assistance as needed to the sales team
Develop knowledge of products and market conditions
Maintain positive relationships with customers and vendors
Remain available by cell phone after hours
Bachelor's Degree Required
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Self-starter, decisive, able to multitask.
Willing to travel for business purposes.
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
