Job Description We are seeking a seasoned, collaborative, savvy, professional services Senior Brand Research Manager interested in joining our global marketing and communications team. You will be a part of the brand marketing team to help take our research needs to the next level! This role requires a significant amount of proactivity and creativity, bringing new ideas for developing learning plans and managing brand research projects. You will be responsible for leading the entire lifecycle of medium/large scale brand research projects (from design, data collection, analysis, and reporting) and sharing learnings and implications throughout the organization.  The Ideal Person: A self-starter who is a strong quantitative methodologist with the ability to oversee the design and implementation of marketing/brand studies.

An analytical mind and broad expertise in research methods, specifically brand research. You will be knowledgeable of the digital/technology space and markets relevant to international monitoring and evaluation. Brand Research Manager plays a pivotal role in leading and executing our global qualitative and quantitative brand studies. Design and execute the annual learning plan to help inform the business planning process. Apply best practices to uncover trends and shape data-driven insights. Responsible for managing brand health tracking/perception research for client audience. Lead creative concepts and advertising effectiveness research. Also, steward brand image research and message testing across audience segments. Ensure delivery of high-value research outputs to inform the evolution of the brand strategy, brand DNA, communications, and GTM initiatives. Leverage research capabilities to help explore and validate new opportunities or address specific brand/marketing challenges. Support cross-functional strategic research projects such as audience segmentation and DBT landscape assessments. Analyze research data and create outputs for audience journeys and other creative and conceptual frameworks to help shape brand perception. Present research findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders. Manage key tracks of work per the established budget, learning plans, and quality standards. Partner with the content researcher to identify game-changing consumer, market, and tech trends to inform proactive thought-leadership to evolve the Digital Life Index product. Maintain ongoing communications and collaboration with Data & Insights team to ensure appropriate knowledge management and alignment of insights.
