Job Description

Through the combination of creative and strategic thinking, and a focus on the smallest details, the efforts of the North America Financial Reporting team have a significant impact on the company’s results. This team provides guidance to company leadership through analysis of company operations and by providing financial reporting as a basis for strategic decisions and ultimately improving operating performance.

Your Impact:

  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly analysis to support analysis on actuals vs forecast
  • Perform monthly upload of rolling forecast into Hyperion Financial Manager, ensuring that all documented synergies are reconciled within the system
  • Provide thought leadership and analytical rigor to identify any opportunities to automate, streamline and harmonize reporting requirements
  • Partner with other Finance functional areas to problem solve
  • Embrace and become resident team expert and super user of Management Reporting (Oracle BI tool) and SAP reporting
  • Collaborate with other team members in support of business unit operations requests
  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documentation as required by all levels of management, including parent company
  • Collaborate and help coordinate various processes
  • Ensure efficiency and consistency of planning across divisions
  • Effectively partners with representatives from other internal departments across the organization to ensure financial perspectives are considered in broader initiatives
  • Proactively considering improvements to existing processes how new decisions will impact existing processes. Have “can do” attitude with a strong sense of pride and accountability in work product
  • Maintain, modify, and enhance existing financial models.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • Committed, detail oriented, self-starter with strong problem solving and interpersonal skills
  • Communication skills to clearly and accurately convey complex metrics and analysis to internal teams and all levels of management
  • Demonstrated ability to theorize, develop and refine creative financial/operational models
  • Strong Excel skills including experience with financial/operational model building
  • Work well under pressure and under challenging deadlines in a fast paced organization
  • Hyperion Financial Manager, Oracle Business Intelligence, SAP experience preferred but not required


  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related degree is preferred
  • Previous work experience or internships in Financial Reporting or Financial Analysis is preferred, but not required

Additional Information

 Pay Range: $58,000 - $112,000

The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
