Public Goods is looking for a Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand marketing creative for a variety of media including but not limited to Facebook ads, emails, landing pages and promotional campaigns. The Graphic Designer will report to the Creative Director and work closely with our Copywriter and the Digital Product, Marketing and Sales teams.

What youll do:

* Create engaging and compelling marketing materials that communicate and enhance the Public Goods brand (digital, print and presentation design).
* Ensure that all work stays within established brand guidelines.
* Stay organized, meet deadlines, and work autonomously, when needed.
* Communicate design concepts and strategies, verbally and visually, and engage in giving & receiving constructive feedback.
* Work throughout the entire creative process, from concept to development to execution.
* Work with Copywriters and the Creative Director to produce creative solutions in support of the entire organization.

What you'll bring:

* Exceptional craft of design artifacts to effectively build internal alignment, communicate big ideas, and drive customer conversion.
* Experience delivering consumer facing design projects, with requirements from a variety of stakeholders.
* Demonstrated experience in creating visual design systems and executing them.
* Exceptional craft in on-screen layout, typography, iconography and UI elements.
* A strong portfolio of work experience using visual design to drive customer conversion and acquisition in a D2C environment.
* A strong understanding of motion (ability to do some motion design is a plus).
* High enthusiasm, creativity, and initiative.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Illustration or similar field preferred, or equivalent experience.
* 3+ years of experience in graphic design or a similar field.
* A portfolio of work experience using visual design to drive customer conversion and acquisition in a D2C environment.
* Fluent in modern design tools such as Adobe CS, Sketch and Figma.
* Thrive in a fast-paced environment by being self-motivated and passionate to deliver high-quality creative on time.
* Ability to work within EST business hours.
