Schedule: Shift will require night and weekend hours.



The Customer Service Agent is responsible for providing a best-in-class experience for customers by supplying technical and product support for a variety of experiences under the suite. They ensure customers understand how to use various products and services, voice customer feedback to improve the experience, and work to find customer-centric solutions. They are responsible for improving customer loyalty and satisfaction through their interactions with customers. They are often the first impression a customer has with the company and play a critical role in increasing product adoption and building trust within our brand.

  • Guides customers through various products, services, and experiences under the suite over the phone and online ensuring understanding of products and enjoyable experience with our platform
  • Personalizes interactions with customers to meet their needs based on the products they are using and interests they have
  • Demonstrates a flexible, positive disposition and communicates accordingly
  • Responds well to high-pressure situations
  • Learns and understands company strategies and positively applies those strategies in customer interactions
  • Efficiently manages multiple tasks in an organized fashion and with attention to detail 
  • Uses and administers information from various sources to complete tasks 
  • Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues as quickly as possible
  • Maintains an awareness of production standards to meet key performance indicators 
  • Assists customers with key product adoption and continued support as they become self-sufficient on applicable products
  • Experience working with customers as well as other internal departments
  • Excellent computer skills, including expertise with Office suites, web navigation, CRM tools (preferably Salesforce), and online conferencing software
  • Must be able to work independently with only limited supervision
  • Requires a high level of attention to detail, being very organized and time-oriented to maintain operations running smoothly
  • Possesses strong customer service skills; listens and elicits information effectively
  • Demonstrates outstanding verbal and written communication skills and patiently addresses problems and complaints with professional one-touch resolution as the goal
  • Remains courteous to customers when faced with difficult situations
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of customer service or client management experience is preferred
