Laboratory Sales Representative

We are a fully credentialed expanding laboratory that provides molecular diagnostic testing and drug testing for medical practices.

Specialized services include:

  • Pain Management

  • Addiction/Rehab facilities

  • Podiatrists & Wound Physicians

  • Women’s Health Clinics (OB/GYNs)

  • Respiratory Issues (Primary care, Urgent care, Pulmonologists)

  • Gastrointestinal

  • STI / UTI (URO)

  • Any Doctor prescribing opioids

We are committed to providing unsurpassed customer service and are looking for experienced sales representatives to bring new customers to our business. Current relationships with physicians are required.

You will be responsible for managing a range of physician practices and closing new referral sources for the lab. Your job is to identify and enroll facilities to use our laboratories for their patient testing needs based on medical necessity. Duties include marketing molecular and toxicology services to potential medical practices. Your job will be to research, initiate, and develop new business relationships with these practices.

Success in this position requires a highly motivated self-starter, driven with a positive attitude, strong communication, and time management skills.

Minimum 2 years of demonstrated marketing/sales experience in a healthcare setting is required with strong relationships with Physicians.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Develop and build new relationships with referring centers and their staff.

  • Develop and execute personal marketing strategies for signing up pain management, podiatrists, and substance abuse clinics..etc

  • Educate and maintain all referring accounts through office visits and meetings.

  • Establish new client relationships through personal and company set marketing strategies

  • Maintain client contact with current clients as well as future clients

  • Identify, prospect and acquire new clients through research and initial outreach

  • Adhere to industry rules and regulations

  • Have a fluent understanding of the laboratory services and products as well as the implementation process for new accounts.

  • Current understanding or capability to learn the laboratory industry and market

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 year’s sales experience in related lab, healthcare, or medical sales industry – existing physician relationships preferred

  • Ability to cold call

  • Bachelor’s degree from four-year college is preferred, but experience can be considered

  • Valid Driver’s license and ability to travel as necessary

  • Ability to pass criminal background check
