Responsibilities:
- Work with the marketing team to develop messaging and content for marketing campaigns
- Communication efforts will include email, social media, direct mail, PR, and events
- Coordinate the annual report including theme development and creation of content
- Will develop, coordinate and publish content for online presence, including company blog, social media accounts, and website
- Create content to support new product launches
- Proofread and approve promotional materials
- Track and coordinate metrics, analysis, and evaluation of Marcom activities to determine the effectiveness of engagement and recommend opportunities for improvements
- Oversee relationships with external vendors and freelancers to complete Marcom projects and corporate initiatives
Required Skills and Experience:
- Hands on content dev and strategy experience
- Manufacturing experience is highly preferred
- E-commerce background
- 2+ years' work experience in Marketing, Public Relations, Agency, or B-to-B communication role
- Project management experience desired
- Ability to multitask and handle detail
- Good communications skills and ability to problem-solve
- Bachelor's Degree required (Communications, Marketing, Journalism preferred)
- Global MarCom experience a plus
