Program Manager

Providence Staffing’s construction client is seeking an experienced Program Manager in Jacksonville, FL. This role will be responsible for leading, managing, and being accountable for the procurement and program life cycle of FEMA disaster housing projects, similar to LogHouse. This position requires to travel up to 75% of the time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure the effective alignment of integration and control of the program's strategy, management, stakeholder engagement, contract governance, and project/program lifecycle management.
- Ensure programs are provided with the appropriate resources and priority.
- Manage the program's integrity to ensure the expected deliverables provide the intended benefit to the client.
- Provide effective leadership and management to the project teams.
- Manage multiple FEMA Task Orders and accountability for scheduling, financial performance, and quality.
- Manage quality, including developing and implementing internal training.
- Prepares production reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
Qualifications and Educations Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field of study or equivalent preferred
- Master’s degree in management or administration is preferred
- Project Management Professional or Certified Construction Manager preferred
- 2 - 4 years’ experience in commercial construction preferred, but not required
- Managed multiple $20 million plus contracts for Federal or State Agencies
- FEMA experience is required.
Compensation:
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 per year plus bonuses.
