*Full Time Customer Support Associate Customer Service -Paid Training*

Individuals Must Have Customer Service Experience

Looking for candidates who can work closely with a list of customers provided each week. This person is responsible for informing as many customers as possible of which products or promotions they are eligible then closing the deal. This person will be responsible for making sure the customer gets all products they are eligible for and are happy with the service they received from the company.

This is a FULL TIME position with at least 40 hours a week. Benefits are offered after 60 days of employment and the candidate we hire will need to have reliable transportation.

Paid training included. All positions are entry level, (regardless of experience) and promotions are based upon initiative and merit. A 4 year college degree is preferred but not mandatory.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills

  • Effective organizational and proactive problem solving skills

  • Confidence in working in an environment of complexity and ambiguity

  • Expertise in time management

  • Highly motivated self-starter

  • Ability to work as a team member in a dynamic, fast-paced environment as well as independently to deliver results

  • Demonstrated leadership in community and/or professional organizations

  • Ability to travel overnight are required.

  • Bachelor’s Degree is preferred – Most Commonly Considered Majors: Public Relations, Communications, Economics, Marketing, Management, and Business & Entrepreneurship
