Position Summary

The role of the Marketing Specialist is to provide critical market data to support company marketing initiatives utilizing data analytic and management tools. This position will also assist in creating, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This position work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Essential Functions

• Collect, analyze, and report on data utilizing Google Analytics to ensure effectiveness of marketing initiatives
• Identify prospective customers utilizing lead generation tools including Pardot
• Create and manage marketing relationships and campaigns with customers utilizing Salesforce
• Oversee the maintenance of databases and to ensure data integrity and the support of marketing initiatives
• Assist marketing leaders in developing a strategy based on analysis
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, search engines, and other digital marketing platforms
• Write engaging and persuasive copy for marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, ads, and social media posts.
• Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating content and engaging with followers
• Stay up-to-date with marketing trends and best practices, and make recommendations for new marketing initiatives
• Create printed materials to support various departments and marketing initiatives

Education and Experience

• Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field required
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a B2B setting

           Ideal Candidate Will Offer:

• Proficient knowledge of data analytics, statistics, and reporting
• Proficient knowledge of lead generation and database management 
• Proficient knowledge of Wordpress and web development
• Proficient knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing
• Advanced knowledge of graphic design software
• Proficient knowledge of video production and editing techniques
• Basic knowledge of marketing automation and CRM software
• Motivation and accountability to achieve individual and department goals; work effectively under pressure with limited supervision
• Organize, prioritize and manage multiple medium to high complexity projects in a cross-functional environment
• Ability to respond and adapt quickly to changing circumstances and business needs
