Customer Service Representative (Lab Services)

Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between clients and production staff
- Assist with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, and other queries
- Manage individual account details per company protocol
- Manage account supply needs
- Send and answer questions regarding quotes and invoices with clients
- Support inventory management and order processing by preparing packing slips and shipping labels
- Perform additional clerical and other duties as directed
Job Requirements
Education/Experience
- Business-based Bachelors’ Degree required
- Minimum of 2 years customer service experience preferred
- Understanding of medical insurance
- Healthcare/Laboratory setting & systems
Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing and to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Professional business attitude, appearance, and demeanor
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Motivated, organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a busy office environment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
