Prospect Management, an award winning property management company serving the Greater Milwaukee Area, is seeking a customer service professional to provide top-notch customer service to our clients.
This is an entry-level position but there are opportunities for advancement. Homeowner Services representatives must research and troubleshoot homeowner issues, document communication with homeowners and follow up on outstanding issues.
The ability to multi-task and think on your feet is important! Must also be able to be calm under pressure and maintain a pleasant demeanor at all times. A positive attitude and willingness to help are key requirements for this position.
Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is a plus, but we will train the right candidate. Strong working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is required.
This position is full or part time with flexible hours, our phones are open Monday - Friday 8AM to 10PM. Our office is centrally located just off of 76th and Bluemound.
At this time we’re looking to add coverage to our first shift (M-F 8AM-2PM) or 2nd shift (M-Th 4PM to 10PM)
