Role Summary

We’re looking for an HR Operations and US Benefits leader to add experience, diversity, and new ideas to our team! Playing a shaping role in the growth of our global organization, our Talent Team’s mission is to inspire and fuel an unforgettable employee experience across all aspects of the talent lifecycle. 

In this newly created position, you help us mature our talent management practices and processes, realize optimal utilization of our HR systems, and lead the implementation of holistic employee benefit programs. Reporting to the VP, Talent, you will also collaborate within our team to develop creative organization development solutions that cultivate our inclusive, innovative, and people-first culture. 

We’re looking for a candidate that is passionate about solving the talent management challenges and opportunities associated with accelerating business growth. This role necessitates strategic and operational thinking, a consultative approach to ensure the best decision-making, and genuine care in supporting our employees. Experience leading change, optimizing processes, integrating HR platforms, and implementing new talent programs is essential.  

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Talent Management: Work with the Talent team to research, refine, recommend, and implement talent management programs, practices, and policies that help our team succeed. Gain a deep comprehension of regional differences and local implementation practices to help mature our talent strategy and operations in direct markets.
  • Benefits Program Strategy & Administration: Provide significant input into US benefit program strategy, and evaluate the effectiveness, impact, and efficiency of our offerings. Manage our benefit programs, partners, and providers. 
  • Compensation Process Management: Partner closely with our finance team and payroll administrator to ensure all compensation processes are efficient and effective, including assistance with benefits payment reconciliation and annual total rewards processes.
  • HRIS, Data & Reporting: Continually evaluate and refine the overall operational effectiveness of our talent information systems, processes, controls, records, and tools. Collaborate across Prosci to integrate applications and help us build employee self-service abilities. Ensure data quality and enable accurate reporting capabilities. Develop and maintain talent dashboards, working with executive leadership to identify meaningful talent metrics.
  • Policies & Compliance Management: Draft and implement policies and practices that are both legally compliant and congruent with Prosci culture and values. Ensure compliance with HR-related laws and regulations, staying current with employment legislation and trends.
  • Employee Relations: Support our Talent Partners (HRBPs), when needed, providing coaching on employee performance, disciplinary actions, terminations, rules and policies interpretation, leaves, and workplace concerns.

Skills and Experience

Based on this role’s responsibilities, we are seeking applicants with the following:

  • 5-7+ years of HR Operations, talent management, employee relations, benefits administration, corporate policy, and HR generalist experience
  • Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems, experience with configuration and/or first-time implementation preferred
  • Solid knowledge of human resource laws and regulations relating to employee benefits programs, leaves of absence, workers compensation, FMLA, EEO and other applicable rules and regulations 
  • Experience administering total rewards processes and programs to diverse employee populations in multiple states
  • Strong project and change management skills 
  • Problem-solving capability, with the ability to make sense of complex, high quantity, and sometimes contradictory information 
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, areas of conflict, and trade-off decisions
  • Experience in process design, continuous improvement methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent influence, presentation, and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent experience, PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP preferred

Work Location and Travel Requirements

The preferred location for this role is our Prosci headquarters based in Fort Collins, CO, with the flexibility to work from home several days per week.  We will also consider remote work candidates within the United States. Unless you are remote, we do not anticipate travel for this role, apart from any professional development conferences or department-related work sessions.
