Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team! If you are computer savvy and willing to learn this job is for you. We are looking for the right person to help serve our customers and promote continued company growth.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate independent thinking while understanding the basic needs of our customers. Daily tasks will be varied in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft correspondence and other formal documents
  • Proofread all outgoing communication
  • Answer inbound telephone calls and return calls on a timely basis
  • Follow up on open work orders
  • Work with callers to set up their online accounts
  • Problem solve various issues reported by customers
  • Sort mail
  • Perform all other office tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service
  • ​Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Must be fluent with Google Workspace
  • Common sense and an ability to think outside the box
