Job Description

Currently seeking a Full-time Office Manager for Student Housing communities located near USC area (South of Downtown LA). Our communities are located within blocks from USC and LA Live, Boutique Stores, Movie Theaters and Fine Dining Restaurants.

The following qualifications are required:

Responsibilities Include:

Provide Full Administrative Support for Leasing office

Assist with Leasing and support agents

Keep an organized work place

Resident relations, coordinating vendors and maintenance personnel

 

Job Requirements:

Good verbal & written communication skills

Ability to supervise and schedule maintenance staff

Proficient with computers

Proven ability to market; lease apartments

Must work on site 

 

Compensation-

Up to $18.00 per hour/40 hours per week plus commission for new leases DOE

Benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Paid Time Off, and sick leave benefits after probationary period
