You must provide outstanding customer service to all customers through in-depth knowledge of company products and services. The sales representative we are hiring is responsible for growing online marketing companies selling services and products some having to do with Telehealth. •Acts as the first point of contact for new and existing customers to establish a rapport and build confidence in our services
•Asks open-ended, probing questions to determine customer requirements and expectations
•Directly and accurately input information into software customers, as well as scheduling needs for drivers and trucks
•Makes recommendations according to customer's needs on event marketing products and services.
•Educates customer on terminology, policies and procedures, delays and any additional information needed to increase customer satisfaction and improve profitability
•Continually maintains a thorough understanding of all company products, services, pricing and promotions in order to communicate the benefits and value of our services
•Prepares all related paperwork and documents on a daily basis
•Calmly and professionally handles displeased customers and provides timely feedback to management regarding customer concerns

•Quick Books Exp. and working with Salesforce or other Contact Management Program
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
•At least 1 year of sales/customer service experience is required; Inbound sales and/or event marketing promotional products experience is preferred
•Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
