Trade & Client Services Specialist - Full Time W2

Salary Range:-
$70,000 - $90,000

New York City, HQ


  • Accurately capture trades when assistance is requested.
  • Investigate and resolve issues.
  • Monitor various controls implemented to mitigate risk to the business.
  • Drive business, control and regulatory agendas.
  • General support of all traded products.
  • Assisting with projects the team is working on.
  • Focuses on continuous process improvement.
  • Develop client relationships and provide first class service across the trade life cycle.
  • Tap into your investigative skills to find answers to client queries and solutions for client issues that arise.
  • Analyze and improve processes and procedures with an eye for reducing risk and eliminating repetitive effort.
  • Help influence client behavior to achieve superior operational and client service outcomes.
  • Effectively communicate with various stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions to any issues reported.
  • Participate and contribute to the various strategic initiatives; keep improving and evolving processes and business architecture.
  • Build an in-depth understanding of all trading structures from both a financial and operational perspective.
  • Maintain client records.
  • Share customer feedback across functions.
  • Escalate red flags, suspicious activity, and trends to the compliance team.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3 years + of trade support experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of trade support.
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy required.
  • Extensive client relationship support experience.
  • Thorough knowledge of brokerage/financial services industry, market mechanics, trading operations, audit, compliance, and general regulatory developments.
  • Reconciliation and settlements experience in digital assets and cryptocurrencies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivation and prioritization skills to meet business deadlines.
  • Must have SIE & Series 7.
