Job description

You will lead large projects or processes of complex scope, with limited oversight from manager.

You will coach, review and delegate work to lower-level professionals.

In this role you will assist in the development of operational and implementation plans for areas of assigned responsibilities.

Identifies continuous improvement/automation activities

Researches and keeps abreast of new technologies and their applicability to areas of assigned responsibilities; develops innovative solutions to manufacturing issues

You will Determine method of research for the planning, design development and testing of mechanical and/or electromechanical systems, instruments, controls, engines, and/or machines.

You will Support relationships through strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
