Systemates, Inc. is looking for an individual for Inside Sales Representative position for an enterprise construction management program: Projectmates. Since 1995 the company has provided a software solution to many Fortune 500 companies to assist them in managing their construction projects.
- Sell products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending and demonstrating solutions.
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing information, and guidance; researching and recommend new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Learn the understanding of construction management of retail and commercial construction projects and benefits of using Projectmates Construction Management Software for the owners.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of Projectmates products and technologies, competitors, industry trends.
Desired Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of B2B software sales experience preferred
- 3-5 years skilled phone prospector to call on large corporations, break through the gate keepers, and capture the interest of C level executives. Demonstrated phone prospecting skills in previous positions.
- Articulate and able to engage conversation with senior executives about the benefits of Projectmates solution for their organization.
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
- Excellent communication / negotiating / closing skills with customers / prospects.
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of Construction Project Management is plus.
