PATIENT FUNDING COORDINATOR
Project Turnabout is hiring for a full-time Patient Funding Coordinator for our 131 bed facility in Granite Falls whose main responsibilities will include assisting patients, families and referrals in obtaining and ensuring continued funding for substance abuse and gambling treatment through private pay, commercial insurance, MHCP or county funding and follow thru with admission paperwork and statistical recordkeeping. Excellent communication and customer service skills are required along with strong organizational skills and service-oriented behavior. Abilities should include attention to detail, accuracy, multi-tasking and the desire to work as a team. A degree in a medical business office field is recommended but not required and knowledge in MS Excel and Word. Project Turnabout utilizes the Evident Thrive Financial Software. EEO/AA
