Intel and Operation Analyst will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and integrating USARPAC intelligence and operational efforts across the organization.  The candidate will analyze information and develop solutions to operational problems. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving complex issues by identifying the relevant data, building queries to pull and combine that data, developing dashboards and reports that effectively communicate the message of the data to non-technical audiences, and creating insights from the data.
Proficient and familiar in intelligence and military operational issues facing operations within the USARPAC Area of Responsibility. The candidate will be goal-oriented with a history of driving innovation and skillfully working across organizations to build consensus and support. The ideal candidate is drawn to opportunities and innovation, enjoys teamwork, and regards critical thinking and problem solving as fascinating and essential.  Need to think strategically and act tactically, as appropriate

Position Description
  • Plan, integrate, and synchronize the process that supports intelligence operations by converting and refining collected information for reporting to commanders, decision-makers, intelligence analysts, and other consumers through a collection of related functions.
  • Develop and produce finished intelligence and operation products as directed in support of INDOPACOM and USARPAC strategic posture, modernization, training, and readiness objectives; Develop Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Tactics, Techniques and Practices (TTPs), Risk Assessment to support mission requirements
  • Initiate, maintain, and support the development of the Joint Intelligence Preparation of the Operational Environment (JIPOE) and Processing, Exploitation, and. Dissemination (PED) operations.
  • Requires knowledge of a full range of concepts, principles, and practices in network intelligence analysis and skills in applying this knowledge to difficult, multiagency work assignment.
  • Analyst will provide architecture analysis, acquisition, operations, and sustainment support for existing and new capabilities. 
  • Analyzing threat intelligence and security related activities for the development of operations and exercises including risks to the force and mission and specific actions for the organization or units to consider.
  • Build data sources and ultimately use analytics to increase the operational effectiveness for new and existing concepts and capabilities into exercises.
  • Produce and lead broad and complex studies and analysis. Maintain reporting statistics and assess past collection to assist USARPAC staff in determining the impact of their operations and shaping future collection.
  • Participate in conferences, working groups, and exercises either in person or via VTC as directed.
  • Based on the assignments, the analyst will assist in developing new or modified work methods, innovative approaches, and alternative uses of new or available data sources.
  • Attend planning and training events throughout the USARPAC area of operation, representing the Joint Training and Analysis equities.
  • Work with all functional departments as required to ensure continued customer satisfaction, compliance with corporate policies and standards, and to maintain high ethical standards.
  • Personally model values of integrity, safety, honesty, engagement, responsibility, and performance.

Position Requirements
  • 8-10 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ operational experience in the Indo-Pacific Theater; prefer Joint Specialty Officer and/or Joint/sub-unified headquarters experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills.
  • Ability to get along with others while working in a fast-paced collaborative team environment is essential.

  • Clearance: Must possess and maintain a Top-Secret clearance
  • Strong government and industry relationships in the Hawaii community
