The Sr. Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in driving the success of product launch and commercialization for Project Canary's CCUS (Carbon Capture, Utilization, and Storage) product lines. The Sr. Business Analyst will lead the development of sales commercial proposals for CCUS projects, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in the sales process. This position will be key to marketing content development, both as a liaison to the marketing team and creating / updating high quality presentation materials. Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders within the CCUS industry will be a critical aspect of this role, fostering collaborations and partnerships to drive growth for Project Canary's CCUS business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Head of CCUS at Project Canary on a variety of product and market related analytical tasks to oversee overall success of product launch and commercialization of the CCUS product lines.

  • Develop and maintain quotations and proposals for CCUS projects utilizing CRM platforms and methodologies.

  • Work with marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns for CCUS projects.

  • Write and edit content for CCUS projects, such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts.

  • Create and manage presentation materials for CCUS projects and initiatives – both internal and external facing

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the CCUS industry.

  • Identify and pursue new partnerships that can help Project Canary grow its CCUS business.

  • Develop and execute strategies for selling Project Canary's offerings into the voluntary carbon market.

  • Identify and create research based competitive landscapes for various aspects of the CCUS business line.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field.

  • 3-5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, marketing, or a related field, preferably within the CCUS or wider energy tech industry

  • 3+ years of experience with developing and managing relationships with key stakeholders.

  • 2+ years of experience with CRM platforms and methodologies.

  • 1+ year of experience with content creation and marketing.

  • 1+ year of experience with identifying and pursuing new partnerships.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Currently in Denver or able to relocate in 4 weeks

  • Able to work in the office at least 3 days / week

Benefits

  • Salary range: $80,000 - $105,000
