Service Center Managers
We are expanding our community banking services in the Shreveport in 2019 and looking for experienced retail banking associates to manage or two new locations.
Our Service Center Managers are responsible for the day to day operations of the financial center, mentoring and coaching team members, the branch daily sales and service goals and the operational functionality of the branch.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years college, degree preferred, and three years Retail Banking experience as an Assistant Manager or equivalent. Previous supervisor, coaching and/or mentoring experience is a must.
Responsibilities include and are not limited to:
Overseeing the day to day operations of the financial center
Mentor/coach team members on bank policies/procedures and products
Monitor vault operations/procedures
Coordinates branch security with the bank Security officer
Calls on existing and prospective clients
Promotes personal growth, personally and of the financial center staff through continuing education.
Exceptional customer service skills
Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally
Represent the bank in a professional manner at community functions
Assist customers with consumer loan requests
Proficient in the use of basic computer software
Other duties as deemed necessary

This position operates in a professional office environment. The role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, scanners/fax devices, phones, and copiers the noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
