We incentivize and... encourage our employees to be fully vaccinated.POSITION PURPOSEThe Learning and Development Manager will support the Director of Learning and Development in leading training initiatives related to the ongoing learning and development needs for Progress Residential.

This position will supervise specialized groups within the training team, and collaborate with both Operations and HR, as well as Project and Change Management teams in order to support training for all levels and positions within the organization. The L&D Manager will focus primarily on guiding the Training Specialist teams responsible for Contact Center and training of corporate roles, and National Operations Training teams, focused on the creation and maintenance of all curriculum for market and corporate positions. These teams will also collaborate with Change Management and NPOM teams in deploying training content for new pilots or projects impacting Progress Residential.

The Manager will also collaborate closely with the Director of L&D to support organizational needs related to leadership and professional development, succession planning and competency modeling.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures strategic alignment between market performance and process through training curriculum and tools supporting new employee training for various positions within the organization, including but not limited to: Customer Care, Service Coordination, National Leasing Consultants, HOA, Collections and Acquisitions Manages New Hire Curriculum specific to the groups listed above, and works closely with stakeholders to ensure quality and accuracy Provides direction to Training Specialist team with regards to classroom assignments, technology and resources, and facilitation/performance. Conducts needs analysis, performance consulting, program design, development, execution and ongoing program management and evaluation, with regards to employee onboarding programs. Ensures strategic alignment between market performance and process through training curriculum and tools supporting new employee training for various positions within the organization, including but not limited to: RTS, COR, Customer Care, Service Coordination, Leasing, HOA and Acquisitions Manages the day to day functions of both the Training Specialist, and the National Operations Training teams, providing feedback, coaching and strategic direction in accordance with organizational needs Assists Change Management with the discovery and vetting of new projects or pilots, involving key stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts Develops the professional skills of the Training Specialist roles, by reviewing and approving content, and providing daily/weekly feedback on performance or delivery of contentREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience in managing training teams in a call-center, responsible for multiple disciplines within sales and customer service Experience with Workforce Management, and dealing with varying schedules Experience with Learning Managemen
