Inside Sales Representative

Our client is adding an Inside Sales Associate to their growing team. To be successful in this role you are a tech-savvy, sales-focused, and strategic thinker with the drive to succeed in a fast-moving and evolving company. Sales experience in cloud-based technology is preferred.

Responsibilities
- Develop a territory business plan around target accounts.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to generate new leads and prospects.
- Utilize email, social selling, and professional networking to cultivate leads.
- Work closely with Marketing to establish lead generation goals and strategies for pipeline growth.
- Shadow and support the outside sales team for exposure to customer needs and sales approaches.
- Conduct competition analyses and market research.
- Manage the forward pipeline focusing on the future development of sales.
- Populate the CRM with sales activity.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; or equivalent background and experience
- 1 year of inside sales experience
- Experience with the healthcare industry to identify solutions for healthcare leaders
- Strong analytical, prospecting, and business development skills
- Competency performing in a competitive environment that pivots quickly
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills with excellent listening and presentation skills
- Proficiency using MS Office Suites and CRM software
