Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately Draft Petitions, Answers, Discovery, Motions, Demands, and other legal documents as needed

  • Prepare cases for the litigation process, such as scheduling deadlines, hearing, and trial dates

  • Calendar hearings, depositions and mediations

  • File the appropriate documents with the court and serve the opposing parties

  • Assist the Attorney with case management and trial as needed

  • Continually communicate with clients, courts, opposing counsel, experts and mediators

  • Sort, scan and distribute litigation mail and faxes

  • Audit cases for all expenses (medical bills, case expenses, LOP providers, subro liens)

  • Negotiate with medical providers and lien holders to dispute charges or obtain reductions

  • Accurately maintain case management data in Salesforce

  • Prepare trial documents and assist with trial preparation

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Excellent with written and verbal communication

  • Efficient and effective with overall time management

  • Determined to learn and adapt in a high paced atmosphere

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized

  • Paralegal certificate highly preferred

  • Professional in their appearance and behavior


  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

  • Proficiency in personal injury law involving motor vehicle accidents

  • Proficiency in preparing discovery responses

  • Experience in e-filing and e-service

  • Experience in ordering medical records and affidavits

  • Working knowledge of common deadlines and protocols of personal injury litigation

  • Available to work 40+ hours per week

  • Litigation experience 3-5 years

  • Personal injury experience 2-3 years

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred but not required
