Remote Customer Service Representative $18 Per Hour Plus Bonus

About the Opportunity:

- We have multiple Customer Service Representative openings at a well-known and respected health insurance company that is located in Boston, MA

- This is a direct-hire opening in the customer service department which is a growing team within the company

- The opportunity is a remote work from home position however the company can only consider candidates from the following states: Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire.  Anyone NOT living in one of those four states will not be eligible or considered for this role.

 

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Answering calls from Doctors and Nurses to clarify questions regarding patient’s healthcare plan

- Preparing sourced data by compiling and sorting information and establishing data entry processes

- Maintaining customer confidence by properly handling confidential health information

- Reporting any changes needed and escalating any hot issues to the manager

 

Customer Service Representative Qualifications:

- 1+ years of experience doing customer service in a call center environment (office or remote)

- Must be comfortable handling confidential health information

- Strong verbal communication skills
