Job Description

 PSG is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper Office Manager located in Buena Park to join a well-established small office business. Bookkeeper Office Manager will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Bookkeeper Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Managing the front office, day to day operations
  • Maintain and process primarily all the AP and AR invoices for the company
  • Ensure office supplies are ordered, invoices processed in a timely manner
  • Compute and record numerical data
  • Check the accuracy of business transactions
  • Perform data entry and administrative duties

Bookkeeper Office Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working in a small office is essential
  • Experience using QuickBooks is REQUIRED
  • Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
