Join our team!
Professional Safety Solutions, LLC is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to monitor our finances. Daily, you will record all financial transactions and verify them. You will also be responsible for maintaining records, completing tax forms, and generating regular reports. Our ideal candidate has worked as a professional Bookkeeper for three years and has experience managing very active accounts.
You will report directly to our Leadership Team and work directly with our tax preparation team. Our preference is that you work from our offices in Coronado, CA.
Primary responsibilities include using Quickbooks to input payable expenses, coding bank and credit card transactions, monthly reconciliations, creating financial reports, fact-checking accounting data, notifying our leadership team of any accounting errors, and motoring accounts receivable.

Bookkeeper Duties and Responsibilities
  • Review financial transactions for accuracy
  • Input transactions into Quickbooks online
  • Reconcile bank and other accounts
  • Pay vendors as they come due
  • Complete required tax forms
  • Make deposits and record all cash receipts
Bookkeeper Requirements and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or relevant field preferred
  • 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
  • Experience using (and truly enjoying!) Quickbooks Online
  • Excellent communication and math skills
  • Knowledge bookkeeping principles
  • Understanding how to balance large bank accounts
  • Commensurate with experience
