REAL ESTATE Property Manager -Long established retail property management firm is expanding its team and hiring Commercial Property Managers at its beautiful downtown Chicago headquarters.

The successful candidate must be able to read plans and be VERY WELL ORGANIZED AND GREAT WITH FOLLOW UP

This individual should be energetic, patient, organized, and detail oriented with very strong communication skills .

Property Manager assist with preparation & distribution of monthly report & annual budget. • Upload service requests and input billing changes and new tenants into accounting software database. Process statements. • Tenant Relations • Handle construction projects and review drawings • Competitively bid, negotiate and award contracts • Operations -

Coordinate maintenance and property appearance of the highest possible standards within company guidelines • Supervise and route maintenance personnel: provide prioritized worklists • Oversee subcontracted companies for quality of work • • Oversee and coordinate all new tenant move-ins to assure proper completion and tenant occupancy dates are met • Maintain excellent tenant relations •

Experience needed for this Position At Least 5 Years of experience and knowledge of: • Commercial Property Management • Tenant Relations • • Budget Management • Lease Administration
