Job Description

We are seeking a Call Center Representative to join our team! As an Exchange Operator, you will be responsible for answering incoming client calls in a professional manner and working each call as instructed by our valued clients.

We are offering both Part-Time & Full-Time positions.

Responsibilities:

  • Answering all calls as quickly as possible
  • Read clients’ instructions on how to handle calls and take accurate messages
  • Arrive on time and be ready to answer calls with headsets and any other materials needed to perform the job at the beginning of your scheduled shift

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
