We are seeking a meticulous and organized Escrow Post-Closer. In this critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient completion of escrow transactions after the closing process. The ideal candidate should possess a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of post-closing procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Post-closing coordination: Manage the post-closing process by reviewing completed escrow files, verifying accuracy, and ensuring all required documents are in order.
• Document verification: Examine closing documents and financial statements to ensure compliance with established procedures and identify any discrepancies.
• Title policy issuance: Collaborate with title insurance companies to initiate the issuance of title insurance policies, ensuring timely delivery to involved parties.
• Recording and documentation: Prepare and submit necessary documents for recording with appropriate governmental agencies, maintaining accurate records of the recording process.
• Resolving issues: Investigate and address any post-closing issues, discrepancies, or outstanding items in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in escrow, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of post-closing processes, including document verification, funds disbursement, and title policy issuance.
• Detail-oriented and thorough in reviewing closing documents and financial statements.
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite and escrow software (e.g., SoftPro, ResWare, RamQuest, etc.).
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with clients and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to resolve post-closing issues effectively.
• Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
