Job Description Temp - Part time 20/30 hours weekly Admin (9-3/10-4) 77029 to $15 hourly 3 month Assignment (Contract) o Support the Branch in managing all of the needed office responsibilities (e.g. receptionist, filing, internal phone support etc.), customer support (as needed) and be the back-up associate. o Provide outstanding customer service; as the first point of contact within the Branch o Keep the office organized and functioning effectively o Maintain a timely and accurate flow of all max recall documents o Assist CSR with pulling orders through the system (SX.e) o Perform Max Recall activities (drop and file); all signed manifest will be linked to the invoices o Answer all outside calls during the normal business work hours and forward all calls to the appropriate associates and handle customer concerns in a satisfactory manner o Successfully complete all other requested tasks that are presented and related to office support Required Experience: o HS Diploma o MS Office...
