We are hiring an Inside Sales Asscociate to join our existing top-notch team.This Inside Sales Asscociate role is a critical component within the sales team to drive new business. The associate is often our customer’s first experience with Procana so you need to be able to make a great first impression over the telephone.

The Inside Sales Asscociate position requires calling potential pharmacies, health and wellness stores & vape/smoke shops, creating contact, and following up on samples sent.

The ideal candidate will be professional, punctual (on -time), have a strong work ethic and an interest in health/wellness with an understanding of CBD/Cannabis.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

1-2 years of experience in sales
Outstanding communication skills
Goal-oriented with a hunter mentality
Be adaptable to a fast pace environment
Ability to think, plan and sell strategically
Familiar with CRM platforms
Have a positive mental attitude
