-up



-Call Customers, follow up to assure satisfaction, and respond to queries



Sales



-Achieve required sales goals for Membership Programs while adhering to compliance and quality guidelines

-Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with the customer

-Ability to understand and overcome customer objections and concerns





Compliance and Quality



-Display a courteous demeanor to every customer

-Comply with Federal Telemarketing regulations

-Read the script according to disclosures set forth by Federal regulations



Supervision Received

Direct
- Call Center Supervisor


-Daily assignments/Coaching/Monitoring

-Performance reviewed no less than annually


Equipment


-Computer, telephone, handouts, headset


Money/Credit


-Securely handles customers’ credit card numbers


Business Contacts
- External & Internal


-Internal
- Sales Manager, Call Center supervisors, and Call Center associates

-External
- Customers



Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 1:00pm
-9:00pm and 1 Saturday a month

Starting hourly rate: $11.50/hr.

Monthly commission based on your total sales
