ProTech Infrastructures seeks a qualified and motivated individual for the position of Superintendent. The Superintendent position is essential for the successful management of crews and projects for bridge and highway work. Primary scopes of work include structure restoration, sealers, joint systems, and polymer overlay, as well as many other ancillary works required in successful completion of projects. Duties and responsibilities are summarized as follows:
Oversee all aspects of project in the field from planning and implementation, to completion and closeout. Projects will vary in size from $30,000 to $3-Million.
Coordinate schedules with the customer, subcontractors, and ProTech’s crews.
Oversee and ensure high standard of work that complies with project plans and specifications.
Oversee and execute communications (written and verbal) from field to office team.
Implement safe work plan on all projects. Encourage and enforce safe work practices.
Interface with project engineers, inspectors, agency officials, prime contractors, and other client-related contacts.
Create and implement the project approach / plan for a winning end result.
Contribute to the team’s plan, implement, and ensure execution is successful.
Work to build trust with customer and team.
Manage crew/team training and development in the field.
Responsible for crew readiness and performance. Serve as supervisor to the crews under Superintendent responsibility.

Previous and relevant leadership experience in related fields.
Construction management degree and/or experience.
Familiarity in working with DOT and other infrastructure agencies.
Understanding of concrete-related work beyond a basic level.
Familiarity with construction processes.
Proficient in understanding project plans and specifications.
Strong problem solving and negotiating skills.
Organized and efficient.
Team player / work well in a team environment.
Proficient with computers and other technology tools.
Deadline and detail oriented.
OSHA Certifications (30 hour, or other).
Favorable criminal and driving records.
CDL a plus.
