Facilities Work Planning Operations Analyst

We have an immediate opening for a full-time Facilities Work Management Planner/Coordinator to support our client at a research facility in Bethesda, MD.
Duties and Responsibilities
Performs in-person field surveys of mechanical rooms, roofs, and all spaces where building system equipment is located, or facility maintenance work is required.
Plans, schedules, and coordinates corrective and preventative maintenance activities related to building systems such as but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing: Analyzes job requirements and determines materials, equipment, and labor needs.
Develops weekly schedule with a minimum of a three-month projection: Adjust schedule daily to reflect coordinated equipment downtime, rescheduled tasks, and prioritized work related to building systems such as but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing.
Ensures CMMS data is current and accurate: Processes new requests and reviews backlog daily to ensure data standards are met.
Provide daily/weekly metrics: Compile program performance data, communicating any common deficiencies and recommendations to remediate related to building systems such as but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing.
Provide materials forecast data: Compile common materials used to perform preventative maintenance related to building systems such as but not limited to HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing. Forecast cost and order dates, ensuring materials are on-site in a timely manner.
Identify, recommend and implement long-term, programmatic improvements to facilities & building system work order management workflows & business processes aimed toward increasing efficiency and reliability.
Minimum 5 years experience in facility operations and maintenance with specific experience in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
Experience of the preventative maintenance process
Experience in building automation systems and Direct Digital Control (DDC)
Approximately 70% of work will require mobility for in-person fieldwork
