ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare is one of the leading providers of Hospice, Home Care Skilled Nursing, Memory Care, Palliative Care, and Assisted & Independent Living.

Full time Hospice RN Case Manager Hospital (GIP based). Flexible hours either 3- 13 hour shifts for Sunday, Monday Tuesday or Thursday, Friday & Saturday or 4-ten hour days

This position is mainly based in the Hospital for General Inpatient patients

Educational Requirements
Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state and in good standing with the Board in which he/she will practice.

Position Requirements

A minimum of 6 months nursing experience within the past 3 years unless state regulations differ. Travel is necessary on a daily basis.
