Job Description

Customer Service/ Logistics Agent: 

Agent will be working with the Materials  Supervisor providing exceptional customer service through various cycles and task of the warehouse operation.

Employee will work directly with the client needs by administrative, Customer service and warehouse support functions.

Experience needed: 

Ability to work in a non-climate controlled warehouse. 

2+ years of Customer Service or logistics experience

Skills Needed: 

  • Experience in warehouse operations
  • Experience in supply chain/logistics
  • Experience with customer service/email communication
  • Required Strong problem solving/ critical thinking/ Ability to make good decisions 
  • Required MS, Outlook and Excel knowledge
  • Required Strong typing skills required ( 50 + WPM preferred)
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • Work well with or without supervision
  • Ability to have a good attitude as business can rapidly increase
  • Ability to work well under deadlines,metric and pressure 
  • Ability to multi-task 
  • Ability to work remotely if requested
  • High School education

Working hours: Monday - Friday  8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, however depending on the work volumes and  of the clients needs, work hours can vary including working weekends. 

  • Non-climate controlled warehouse.
