Human Resources Assistant

- Handle the clerical/administration function within the HR department.
- Update and maintain the HRIS to include personnel files, profiles, new hire paperwork, and personnel change status.
- Respond to associate inquiries regarding HR related issues.
- Complete employment verification and performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintain high degree of confidentiality and have the ability to prioritize.
- Must be very computer literate and comfortable.
Hours for position may be flexible. Schedule most often will be Monday-Friday 7am-330pm, you may be asked to work on a different schedule from time to time.
Entry Level, experience in the following a plus:
- Data Entry
- Interview Scheduling
- Customer Service
- Multi-line Phone Systems
- Incoming and Outgoing Calls
