Job Description


  • Handle the clerical/administration function within the HR department.
  • Update and maintain the HRIS to include personnel files, profiles, new hire paperwork, and personnel change status.
  • Respond to associate inquiries regarding HR related issues.
  • Complete employment verification and performs other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain high degree of confidentiality and have the ability to prioritize.
  • Must be very computer literate and comfortable.


Hours for position may be flexible. Schedule most often will be Monday-Friday 7am-330pm, you may be asked to work on a different schedule from time to time. 

Entry Level, experience in the following a plus:

  • Filing
  • Data Entry 
  • Interview Scheduling 
  • Customer Service 
  • Multi-line Phone Systems 
  • Incoming and Outgoing Calls
