Who We Want

As we continue to grow our market and customer footprint in Dickinson, ND, we are seeking a local Project Sales Representative who believes they are a true Sales Hunter. They are self-motivated and take pride in exceeding their prospecting and closed sales goals. Our ideal Project Sales Representative can strategically prospect into new and existing top accounts within our ProLift Rigging major markets. They welcome the challenge of working our sales process to discover and solve their top account’s operational pains related to rigging, crane, and transportation scopes of work to build ProLift/Top Account lasting relationships.

 

What You’ll Do

As a Project Sales Representative, you will be responsible for uncovering and qualifying new prospects in our North Dakota region. You will work with our team to learn and execute our sales process to solve our customer’s pain(s) relating to our core scopes of work. As a valued member of our branch team, you will collaborate internally with our sales, operations, and engineering departments to close quality work, continuously improving and growing our local Dickinson, ND branch. You will maintain a high level of personal accountability by keeping our CRM system updated and actively participating in our branch weekly sales meeting.

 

Qualifications

Required:

· 5+ years of successful outside B2B sales experience

· Excellent hunting/prospecting skills

 

Preferred:

· Experience in the crane & rigging industry

· Strong CRM skills

· Consultative approach to building relationships and achieving sales goals
