ProEthic Building Services, specializing in sales and management of commercial facility services is seeking an experienced Administrative Office Manager Assistant to join their growing team. 

Job Description:

The primary role of the Office Manager Assistant is to support the overall administrative, billing, accounting, and payroll functions of the business office.

Key Roles:

  • Customer Invoicing
  • AR calls to delinquent customers
  • Setting up new customer accounts into systems
  • Supporting service team
  • Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
  • Enter bills into QuickBooks
  • Process credit card payments
  • Plan and execute company social activities

Education:

  • High School Diploma
  • Post-Secondary Education

Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Quality focused to manage company standards
  • Transactional and process integrity
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
