Seeking a Business Relationship Manager work closely with Pro Tec's internal relations (Operations, Purchasing, and Service) to help foster and build relationships with accounts and persons of influence in the industry. This person will be responsible for generating profitable revenue, acheiving revenue targets and profit projections. Ability to plan and execute strategically in order to increase visability and recognition for Pro-Tec Design will be a focus. 

Responsibilities 

Sales 

  • Drive security system projects, consulting, and service sales to achieve revenue and profit targets 
  • Establish revenue and profit goals for: 
    • Project sales 
    • Service plans 
    • Professional and managed services 
  • Plan and execute to identify and develop Strategic Accounts 

Organization and Personal Development 

  • Provide and update weekly sales forecast information 
  • Become a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a vertical market or technology that is central to Pro-Tec Design's strategic plans 
  • Take initiative to continually learn as a way of life including professional development programs such as Miller Heiman Sales Training 
  • Follow up on leads promptly and provide updated feedback to the lead generator. 

Administration 

  • Learn the Quotewerks estimating program 
  • Contribute to the project Kickoff and Closeout process 

Marketing & Promotion 

  • Participate and contribute to the success of all marketing and promotional activities including: 
    • Trade Shows 
    • Email Marketing Campaigns 
    • Pro-Tec Hosted Events 
  • Identify and promote opportunities to create Pro-Tec case studies 
  • Identify and promote opportunities for press releases
